Stairwell Guard Rail
This aluminum guard rail was securely attached to the floor joist and wall framing to make the stairwell safe for small children. It's very stable, easy to clean and suits the décor of this home well. On this project we replaced almost all of the old wooden sash windows with new PVC casement windows
Staircase Renovation
On this stairwell/entrance we removed the old carpet and replaced it with vinyl plank flooring to match the rest of the flooring on the upper level, complete with rubber stair nosing . We repaired the drywall and primed and painted the walls and ceiling.
Garage Conversion
For this garage conversion we added R10 rigid insulation to the inside of the walls and floor. Then we installed 3/4" tongue & groove pine boards on the floor and walls. We made custom door and window jambs and trim as well as custom solid pine interior doors. A good coat of varnish to seal the natural beauty of the pine and custom made hardware brought in from England completed the rustic look.
This was one of our most challenging and enjoyable projects, because it was a lengthy process in which the client was involved with every step.
